Khan # 3

The new Khan comic is expected to be released this month.

This is the third installment following Benedict Cumberbatch's version of Khan. In the earlier comics the writers mention a connection between this Kha, and Ricardo Montalbán version of the character. We last left off finding out the events that lead to Mr. Singh naming himself Khan.

Bee and Puppy Cat

Bee and Puppy cat has successfully gained funding for heir kickstarter. It has become the most funded web series since on Kickstarter, beating out Video Game Highschool by over 20 000 dollars.

Natasha allegri is the storyboard artist that worked on the tv series  Adventure Time. She posted the 2 part video onto youtube 4 months ago and has reached close to 2 million views since. This will be enough to create 6 more episodes in he series.

Archery Games

Archery schools are expecting to see a spurge of new students because of the release of the latest installment of the Hunger Games. 

It's common for archery to rise after a movie is released featuring a favourite character that specializes in archery. A similar spike happened after the release of the Lord of the Ring movies back in 2002.

This time there is a higher spike of young females taking an interest in the sport. This is not surprising considering the star of the Hunger Games is the young and attractive Jennifer Lawrence. Most of the sales rising for bows are more traditional hunting bows, similar to the ones that Katniss Everdeen initially uses.

Young girls practicing archery prior to the release of Catching Fire showed off their archery skills. Hundred of girl scouts gathered in Shelby the weekend of the release. This is the location where the first movie was filmed.

Dr Who Celebration!

Today is the 50th anniversary episode of Dr Who

Today, Google's home page is a Dr. Who related game.

All 12 doctors are lined up and you get to choose which regeneration you want to play with.

The objective of the game is to collect all of the letters in Google and then return to the Tardis.

You have to be careful to avoid the dalek or else you will be exterminated 

After you die, time is added to your clock and your character regenerates.

Yahoo is also joining in by adding the Tardis to their logo.

 

Star Trek Continues

After a successful first episode, Star Trek Continues kick starter has successfully raised over 26 000 dollars to continue the series. For their second episode they have Lou Ferrigno appearing as a special guest. He is best know for his role in the Incredible Hulk.

The money made off of the kickstarter will be enough for the creators to make 3 new episodes.

I Am My Own Grandfather

The family tree has gotten a lot more complicated on Once Upon a Time with the most recent reveal that Peter Pan is Rumpelstiltskin's father.

This boy

is the father of this man

who has a son named Baelfire

who has a son named Henry.

That's the easy part of the family tree. This is where it gets  more complicated. Henry's mother is Emma.

Who is the daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming.

Snow's step- mother is the Evil Queen Regina

Who is also the step-mother of Henry

Which makes Snow White Henry's step-sister, but also his grandmother.

To top it off, the Evil Queen Regina's mother is the Queen of Hearts. 

When the Queen of Hearts was younger, she was also the millers daughter that needed Rumpelstiltskin's help to turn straw into gold. They were also involved with each other.

Rumpelstiltskin first wife ran off with Captain Hook.

When Baelfire was a child he was abandoned by Rumpelstiltskin and was temporarily adopted by the Darlings.

To protect the Darlings, Baelfire went to Neverland where he and Hook and a brief companionship (until he found out about his mother)

Now Hook and Baelfire are both competing for the love of Emma.

This means Hook was with Henry's grandmother and his mother.

There are different reasons why some of the characters don't age while others do, and there is a lot of world jumping which adds to the complications to the relationships. The creators quiet enjoy making everything connected.
